proximity to Shin-Osaka station, clean rooms, affordable price

The smoke smell lingered in the bed sheets!!! The key return policy feels quirky and inconvenient!!! The check-in procedure involving self-picking amenities is odd!!! Staff demeanor left much to be desired !!!

I had a such great stay. Came here for 3 days, the hotel was perfect and nice, it had brilliant location close enough to train station Shin Osaka as well as all the shops and restaurants within the complex.

Recommend for a lightning trip

Cozy room, convenient location, with a comfortable bed and easy access to JR trains and subways. Great free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Nothing to improve on.

Location is the best, just 50 m. from east gate of Shin-Osaka station and easy to travel by shinkansen or others.

Wifi in my room is very poor.

Excellent location, next to the Shinkansen station. Relatively big room ( for Japanese standars and given the price). I fully recommend!

The semi double bed was a little bit narrow for two people of a European size :-) I knew however at the time of booking that the bed wouldn't be full size, so really there is no reason to complain

Excellent stay, spacious rooms, thoughtful staff.

Few points to be taken consideration 1) Really close to the Shin Osaka Station. 2) The staff of Hotel really polite and able to communicate with English. 3) There is 24 hours shop name Coco near the hotel, the bendon there is cheap and ok so you won't be starve at the middle of the night. 4) The rate of the hotel is also cheap consider with other hotel around that area. 5) Room is clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Just walk across the road from East Gate Exit (Left hand side exit) of Shin Osaka Station.

Room very small?

This was a top selection for a cursory stop in Osaka with good value for price. It was super convenient, just steps away from Shinosaka station, making it easy to access everything. Make sure to check train schedules ahead of time for smoother travel.

The staff was very friendly and spoke a lot of English. It was clean and affordable. Even though the hotel was right across from the train station, it wasn't noisy. I would definitely stay there again.

For the breakfast spread in the morning, there could have been more fruit options. Perhaps a few more western foods (bacon) would have been great.

Localization is good because is near Shinkansen station. But the acces by car is not so easy.

When I booked I know that the bed size was semi double. But in the room there is space to a double bad, I think it can be improved.

The location is very convent, just outside the station. Indian restaurant was within 50 meters from he hotel. Breakfast was nice.
